2. DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY

Appointment booking and patient management:

Data: full name, email, phone, reason for consultation, health history, clinical notes.

Purpose: appointment management and clinical records.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) + explicit consent for health data (Art. 9.2.a GDPR).

Retention: clinical records minimum 5 years from last appointment (Spanish Law 41/2002 and Illes Balears regulations); contact data during active relationship + 1 year.

Contact form: Data: name, email, message.

Purpose: responding to enquiries.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and consent (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention: until query resolved + 6 months.

3. HEALTH DATA (SPECIAL CATEGORY)

Health data is processed solely with the patient's explicit consent, for delivering the requested TCM services, with enhanced security measures. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required or when referring to another healthcare professional with patient consent.

IMPORTANT: patients may withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect. Withdrawal may mean the service can no longer be provided.

4. RECIPIENTS

Data is not sold. It may be accessed by service providers (booking platform, web hosting, email provider) under GDPR-compliant contracts. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
