What does the first session include?

90 minutes — a complete initial TCM evaluation (pulse, tongue, meridian palpation), an initial treatment, and a full personalised multi-modality programme. You leave with a clear evaluation and a complete plan.

Are all modalities included in treatment plans?

Yes. Every modality listed, acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, auriculotherapy, moxibustion, and herbal formulas, is included in the plan price. Which modalities are used depends on your clinical needs, not the plan tier.

Why do plans expire?

Each plan is a clinical protocol with a specific biological timeline. The spacing and sequencing of sessions is intentional, it reflects how the body integrates treatment. Plans are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All prices are fully transparent and include 21% Spanish VAT. Herbal formulas listed in plans are covered. Individual herbal supplement prescriptions are available separately from €25.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash, Revolut, Wise, and Bizum are preferred. While cards are also accepted, we kindly request using one of the aforementioned methods whenever possible. Full payment upfront for treatment plans. 24 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Which plan is right for me?

Acute conditions typically resolve with 4 sessions. Chronic, hormonal, and multi-system conditions benefit from 8–12 sessions. Your plan will be recommended at the end of your first session, after the initial assessment, not before.
