4. SERVICES AND BOOKING

PUNTOS de Salud offers acupuncture, clinical herbal medicine, moxibustion, auricular therapy, cupping and nutritional guidance from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, as a complement to — not a replacement for — conventional medical treatment.

Appointments may be booked via the website, by phone, instant messaging or by email. Confirmation of the appointment constitutes the service contract.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Current fees are published on the /fees page and include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the end of each session. Fees may be amended with prior notice.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 24 hours' notice: free cancellation.

Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: 100% of the session fee may be charged as compensation for the reserved and unused time slot.

7. PATIENT OBLIGATIONS

The patient agrees to:

— Provide accurate and complete information about health status, medication and clinical history.

— Report any relevant health changes before each session.

— Attend sessions in appropriate physical condition.

— Follow the practitioner's clinical guidance throughout the treatment plan.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PUNTOS de Salud does not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes or uninterrupted website availability. Website content is purely informational and does not constitute medical, legal or professional advice of any kind. The owner is not responsible for the content of linked third-party websites.

9. MINORS

Treatment of patients under 18 requires the presence and signed consent of a parent or legal guardian at the first session.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
