Cancellation policy
When an appointment is scheduled at PUNTOS de Salud, a treatment room is exclusively reserved for you. While we understand that life can throw unexpected events our way, we do ask for 24 hrs notice to cancel or change an appointment. If an appointment is missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice, and you are unable to reschedule within the next 24hrs there, you will be charged for the full session.
